If you're a fan of margaritas, you'll really love this fun twist on the classic cocktail that includes fresh watermelon. It's light, refreshing and the perfect way to celebrate on a beautiful spring or summer day. Cheers!

Frozen Watermelon Margarita with Chile Lime Salt
(Serves 4)
For the Margarita:
3 cups seedless watermelon, chopped
1 can frozen limeade
Tequila
Triple sec
Ice
For the Chile Lime Salt:
¼ cup sea salt
1 tbsp chile powder
Zest of 1 lime
For the Garnish:
Lime wedges
Watermelon cubes
Umbrella
Put the watermelon and limeade in the pitcher of a blender. Fill the cup the limeade was in with the tequila and pour into the blender. Fill half the cup with the triple sec and pour into the blender. Fill the rest of the blender with ice and process until smooth.
Mix all the ingredients for the Chili Lime Salt together and put on a plate. Rub the rim of a glass with a lime wedge. Dunk the rim into the salt on the plate. Fill the glass with the delicious frosty margarita and garnish with a lime wedge, cube of watermelon and a fancy umbrella. Ole!
