To the Canadian folks who can't seem to watch the video in here I would like to suggest you go to the food network website & search it there, it might work that way.

Rosey, Mexican cornbread is easy: Just use the base dough for corn bread and add the "Mexican" chopped extras like: fresh (or can) chile jalapeno, poblano or serrano, diced tomato, cebolla, queso fresco (or similar like feta, portuguese) corn kernels, red bell, green pepper, bacon or ham. One thing about Mexican food "make something with whatever you find in your (Mexican) pantry!"
