Comment by Misol on July 12, 2012 at 2:31pm i will have to try this out, i can make cuban bread, but only have ever made it with 50lb bags of flour, i wonder about this recipe because i didnt see any kind of fat used in it (usually is lard, i use shortening), so i wonder if the texture will be the same, either way it looks nice. very nice video
