Ingredients:

2 pounds beef roast
1 small white onion chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
16 oz. refried beans
1/2 cup salsa
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Flour tortillas burrito size
Grated cheddar or mexican cheese blend
Avocados if you like

Oil for cooking

Preparation:

1. Sautee onion and garlic
2. Add roast, brown on all sides
3. Add water to the top of the roast and cover. Simmer for 3 - 4 hours until very tender.
4. Transfer roast into skillet and break apart
5. Add 3/4 cup broth
6. Add taco seasoning
7. Simmer for 10 minutes covered
8. Add 1/2 cup salsa, mix well
9. Heat cheese for 1 minute on tortilla in microwave
10. Fold in meat beans and avocado.
11. Grill on skillet with melted butter

6. "Add taco seasoning"  I don't buy the package seasoning mixes so what spices do you recommend?
