Ramona Singer may be a "Real Housewife" by day, but by night she's an avid home cook. Today, she's showing us how to make an easy entrée that gets a special kick from one of our favorite summertime ingredients: BACARDI® rum.
Tip: Acids, and alcohols, like BACARDI® rum help tenderize the meat
Tip: For even more tenderizing, use a meat mallet before slicing
Trick: Soaking wooden skewers in water prior to cooking prevents burning
Technique: Marinating the chicken overnight adds flavor
