Hi Sonia! I just wanted to tell you how wonderful your recipes look. I'm in the middle of a huge move to Texas and am just cleaning out everything. We cant take much but I made your Mom's Picadillo and it was a HUGE hit. My husband loves casseroles and casserole type meals. I love this. I will be making it again before we move and after. Thank you so much for posting this and I will make other recipes of yours as soon as I get settled.
Thank You Sonia for the Dry Spice Rub. I'm going to sound like a cook to my friends. Haven't been on the site much, but looks like you have a black bean soup, something I've always wanted to try making. Maybe now I will. Thanks again! :)
Feliz Navidad y Feliz Ano Nuevo Sonia. Keep up the good work in 2013.

Living in So. CA., I am fortunate enough to sample a wide varity of latino cuisines. Sonia, your recipes are the best of the best I have ever experienced. Thank you so much.
I'm glad I could help yesterday! You helped me too! I was having a complete CRAP day at work and looking at your recipes made me happy. I even went home and cooked last night!!! One of your recipes inspired my throw together creation :o)
Thank you Sonia! Gosh sure have gotten some good recipes from ya! I am constantly trying new recipes of all ethnic sources, however Mexican/TexMex is my favorite. Perfecting my tamale making now (boy have I gotten some real crappy recipes for those) LOL.
Have a question... the Chile Rellano w/Serrano Shrimp recipe didn't list the preferred amount of shrimp. 1#?

Thank you, Sonia! Likewise. I love your posts about Mexican food. Unfortunately, I can't try many of your dishes because of limited access to ingredients here in Argentina, but that doesn't stop me from imagining what they must taste like! :)
