Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 can pineapple chunks

2 cans papaya juice

2 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate

1 can coconut milk

1 cup crushed ice

small slices of fresh pineapple for garnish

 

Directions:

Blend the pineapple, papaya juice, lemonade concentrate, coconut milk, and crushed ice in a blender. Serve immediately. Garnish with pineapple slices.
