The social network that celebrates Latin food
If you were a kid growing up in a Mexican family, you may remember those candy paletas (lollipops) that were mango flavored and dipped in chile limon seasoning!! My mouth is watering as I am typing, hahha... They were my absolute favorite to buy when we would go to Mexico. I was inspired by those flavors to make this salsa, sweet, tangy, and spicy. And I added just a touch of cilantro for that extra fresh flavor! There are some nights when I like to just prepare a couple of appetizers for dinner, it makes for a fun night. Well, I have to admit, that even to this day, whenever I get a chance, I still buy these candy paletas and enjoy them now as much as I did then!
