INGREDIENTS

1 pound shrimps season with: 2 tbs. corn oil,
1 tbs. sal, 2 tbs. garlic, crushed, 1 tbs. ginger,
grated, 2 tbsp. cornstarch


1 cup carrot, chopped
½ cup sweet peas
½ cup onion

Sauce:
½ corn syrup
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbs. tomato paste
1” ginger, diced

Season shrimps and keep refrigerator.

In a medium casserole mix all ingredients sauce. Cook over medium heat until thicken.

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add the shrimps and sauté for 3 minutes. Let aside.

Heat 2 tsbp. oil in skillet. Add onion, sweet peas and carrot and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add shrimps and sauce.
