María cookies are very common in Latino supermarkets. This is one delicious way to enjoy them!
Yields 12 units
Ingredients:
1 package of María cookies
1 can condensed milk
1 cup chocolate powder flavoring for milk
Directions:
In a saucepan, cook the condensed milk with cocoa powder stirring constantly until the cream thickens and unsticks to the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat and let cool.
Apply the mixture to the galletas María and top to form a sandwich. Recipe should yield 12 units.
