Hispanic Kitchen

Serves 15 to 17 drinks

 

Ingredients:

1 750 ml. bottle of rum
1 liter cranberry juice
2 liters cold ginger ale
8 ozs. orange juice
1 oz. lime juice
1½ oz. lemon juice
Fresh oranges, limes and lemons for garnishing
Ice

 

Directions:

In a big bowl, combine the rum and fruit juices. Let cool in the fridge. To serve, pour the mixture into a punch bowl. Add ice and ginger ale and stir. Add slices of orange, lemon and lime as garnish to bowl, letting fruit float.
