¼ cup low-fat vanilla soy milk
¼ cup canned pumpkin, chilled
6 to 8 ounces low-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon pumpkin-pie spice
Place ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend on high speed for about 1 minute, or until ingredients are blended.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
