The social network that celebrates Latin food
Tater tots are those little potato buddies we never forgot about. Lucky for us, they’re always available in the freezer aisle at the market. The next time you’re yearning to visit your good ol’ pals, head to the spice cabinet and get your mustard powder and chopped dill. Combine with garlic powder and onion powder in a small bowl and sprinkle over your tater tots right after baking or frying. Toss around with your hands to season completely. The mustard will add a sort of creaminess to the potatoes and the dill brings a subtle tang that really works. Goes great with a balsamic salmon.
