½ cup sour cream
3 to 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh dill
2 tablespoons chives or green onions
zest of 1 lemon
juice of ½ a lemon
1½ teaspoons salt
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients, stir well to combine, cover and chill for 1 hour. Taste for salt. This sauce pairs well with any seafood or steak!
