Ingredients:
Peeled skin from a ripe pineapple just peeled
Sugar to taste
Water
Directions:
Wash the pineapple peels well. In a pitcher, place the pineapple peels. Fill the pitcher with water until it covers the peels. Cover it with a think mesh or cloth. Allow to ferment a couple of days until it begins to acidify. Strain liquid, add sugar to taste and serve very cold.
