Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla ice cream
¼ cup café colado (drip coffee)
2 oz. melted chocolate
4 oz. white or gold rum
¼ cup brown sugar
Method:
In a blender, mix all the ingredients until creamy. Serve immediately. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
