Yields 1 serving
Ingredients:
¾ cup milk
1 teaspoon orange zest
2 oz. dark chocolate
2 tablespoons orange liqueur
strips of candied orange peel or orange peel curls
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk with the orange zest, taking care not to let it boil. Strain the milk. Place the chocolate in the saucepan, and pour the milk back into the pan. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
2. Keep warm. Pour into a mug and add the orange liqueur just before serving. Stir well and garnish with strips of candied orange peel.
