Cappuccino Caribeño (Caribbean Cappuccino)

Makes 2 servings

 

Ingredients:

½ cup brewed coffee (recommended brand: Cielito Rosado Café Premium)
¼ cup cream of coconut
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup milk
Ice cubes
Whipped cream, for garnish
4 wafer sticks, for garnish (2 in each glass)

 

Directions:

In a blender, combine the coffee, cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, regular milk, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in tall glasses, garnished with whipped cream.
