2 heaping tablespoons instant coffee
½ cup evaporated milk
1 cinnamon stick
4 tablespoons Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur)
1. Mix the instant coffee granules with 1½ cups of boiling water. Pour into two cups. In a small saucepan, heat the milk with the cinnamon stick. Remove the cinnamon stick and divide the milk between the two cups.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of liqueur to each cup. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
