Salpicón Colombiano (Colombian Fruit Medley)
Yields: 2 quarts, approximately
INGREDIENTS
2 ripe bananas, cut in ¼-inch cubes
3 slices fresh pineapple, cut in ¼-inch cubes
1 green apple, peeled, cored, and cut in ¼-inch cubes
1 cup small seedless red grapes
1 cup watermelon, seedless, cut in ¼-inch cubes
6 cups orange juice, preferably fresh
2 cups diet orange soda
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all fruit in a large glass bowl. Add juice and soda.
2. Cool in refrigerator so that all flavors fuse together.

Coctel de Maracuyá y Jengibre (Passion Fruit and Ginger Cocktail)
Yields: 4 cocktails
INGREDIENTS
2 cups passion fruit pulp
4 tablespoons ginger juice
8 tablespoons sugar
2 cups ice
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, until the ice is crushed.
2. Serve in martini glasses and garnish with mint leaves.

Tropical Margarita (With Tequila)
Yields: 2 margaritas
INGREDIENTS
½ cup fresh pineapple
½ cup fresh papaya
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup sugar
2 cups ice
¼ cup tequila
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, until ice is dissolved.
2. Place in a margarita glass and garnish with a lime slice.
