Long time ago I used to prepare this simply, easy and delicious pork ribs! More than a decade I keep Kashurut, but I am glad to share this recipe.

PORK RIBS WITH HONEY AND GINGER

INGREDIENTS:

4 lbs.  pork ribs
1 head of garlic
½ cup thinly sliced ginger
1 teaspoon white pepper corn
1 cup good quality soy sauce
1 cup honey

DIRECTIONS:

1. Ask the butcher to cut the ribs into strips 2 inches wide. In what may be having enough meat ribs. Remove the ribs bone sawdust that may have, cut each rib into individual pieces, place in a saucepan with the peeled garlic, ginger, white pepper and soy sauce, cook on medium high heat for 30 minutes.

2. When the cooking liquid is reduced to half, add honey, let cook until liquid has evaporated and the ribs are covered with a kind of thick sauce and a shiny caramel color. During the latter process carefully move the ingredients in the pan to prevent burning and also to coat evenly with the last ingredient.

Serve with brown rice and steamed vegetables.

Buen provecho!
