Jambalaya Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 6



4 tbsp olive oil

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces

8 ounces Andouille sausage, sliced

1 large sweet yellow onion, diced

1 small red bell pepper, diced

½ cup diced celery

2 tbsp chopped garlic

½ tsp cayenne pepper or to taste

½ cup tomato sauce

1 tsp onion powder salt & ground black pepper to taste

Warm up with Chorizo and Lentil Stew

Ingredients (Serves 8 - 10)

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1 Medium onion, chopped
