Arroz Verde con Camarones a la Parrilla (Green Rice With Grilled Shrimp)



Rice ingredients:



1 10-ounce package frozen spinach

½ cup fresh cilantro leaves

3 cups chicken broth with no salt

2 tablespoons canola oil

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

½ Spanish onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon salt
