Welcome Christopher....I too had a hard time when i was asked to write out my first recipe, ha ha. My Mom never measured anything and it took me a while to figure it out. I started by writing things down when i was in the kitchen cooking, so that i could remember exactly what i did...takes a bit more time. You will get the hang of it.
what else can i say? i love hispanic cooking because it is the best... nothing else can compare.
