I am Puerto Rican, Italian and Greek! There wasn't an option for mixed up so I left it blank. I was raised by my Italian grandmother so I learned about Italian food growing up. Any knowledge that I have about Spanish and Greek food, I had to get elsewhere. I love Spanish food and this site has so many recipes that tempt my palate, I feel like I have discovered gold! (I married an Irishman, eg, the leprechaun reference)
