I was raised by missionary parents in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and in a ranch outside of Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico; I lived there until I was 16 - love the food, the people, the country - I am a registered nurse and have 4 exotic parrots, 9 adopted indoor cats and a husband who loves us all!
