- I have loved and enjoyed cooking all my life, as I learned from my Mother who is a fabulous cook. For the last 20 years I have been catering small private parties for friends and family. I am currently making the food business my career and enrolled in Culinary School to obtain my certification. I am 11th generation and from a very old family who has resided in New Mexico over 400 years. My speciality is authentic New Mexican food dishes!
