About Me
Last year I decided to make cooking videos as a way to inspire me to cook more "Latino" food in my house and from the video responses I've received I think it went well.

♥♥Cooking With Heart & Soul Smiles♥♥

Puerto Rico is where I was born and raised for a good portion of my life.

I learned how to cook by watching my Mamita and grandmothers.

Cooking Puerto Rican dishes tickles my soul.

I feel a sense of pride and especially after the meal is cooked a sense of accomplishment.

I'll be sharing some of my favorite recipes...some simple...others have more flair but it's all good because the idea is to practice.

Cooks..chefs tend to be in the kitchen fixing meals all the time.

I believe that practice is the mother of excellence.

The idea is to have fun while you cook, and be yourself.
