About Chef Rosana & Piquant Cuisine

Piquant Cuisine is a product of the passion of two talented professional Chefs. Our love for fine dining and entertaining led us to believe Hispanic Kitchen is the perfect outlet for our concept... Fresh food, wonderful taste, and fantastic service... We cater to small social gatherings, celebrations, and events. Our cuisine is artesanal and every item is house made using top-quality ingredients. Most of our sweets and desserts may be shipped within Continental USA.

We specialize in the following cuisines: American Regional, Latin & Caribbean, Floribbean, Italian, French and Asian Fusion. We are a team of Professionally Trained and Certified Chefs. Chef Rosana has an MBA in Business Management and will graduate in 2010 with an A.A. in Culinary Arts and a second A.A. in Baking & Pastry. In addition, she travels around the Tampa Bay Area conducting cooking demos, as well as donating her time to educating children in the advantages and beauty of the culinary world. She strives to share her joy and passion for food and how you can transform simple ingredients into edible art.
