What a great idea!

Wow! I found this forum during a visit to the Ning Creators forum and I'm glad I did.

My family are from the Dominican Republic and I group in Florida (mostly in Miami) so I love Cuban food too. Now I'm in Texas an all I can find is Mexican food (which is great too). But, I miss my Mom's cooking and la cocina criolla.

On another note, I created Scrapaholics.ning.com for people that love to paper craft. Stop by and say hello if you're a paper crafter too.
