- I love Hispanic Food. I'm almost eighty years old and do my own cooking and cleaning. Do yoga for an hour once a week, do 45 min. cardo once a week. Belong to the YMCA and try to work out three times a week. Walk for an hour in the pool everyday. I am very active. Walk two miles or more every chance I get.
