This dish Comes with a little Story.

I made this in honor  of my Little Gamer Friend Alexis. She's from The Philippines.

One day she told me Chicken was one of her favorite foods. I asked her what kind ?  She replied with " You might not know it".

I told her, We make lots of the similar foods,just each Country calls it a different name with and more or lesser of an ingredient.

So she said This is my Favorite dish. ( Adobong Manok ) Chicken Adobo .....Complete with Recipe and Picture . 

 I read the recipe, seen the picture, and said "Hey I made this dish before, but as a soup with spinach.

 "I'll make this Chicken Adobo ( Adobong Manok )  just for you".

 

 Well needles to say, I am sure My little Gal Pal Thought  this lady has to be kidding !

The very next day . Here It Is as promised. Complete with picture Just for my Little Philippine Gal Pal.....
