Oh cool! I had never had one until I made it myself. Now, I can 't make enough of them. Friends and family love them. I used olive oil to press them. Butter sounds delicious too!

This is the Cuban Sandwich I know...some people argue that it should have mayo in it...but I am not sure if that is the traditional way to do it. I use butter to press it...but no mayo.
