Servings: 4
Ingredients:
½ pound of tomatillos
1 tomato
2 dried chiles pasa
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
½ cup cooking oil
1½ lbs. chicken (cooked and deboned)
1 pinch of oregano
tortillas
salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Cook the tomatillos, tomato, chiles, onion and garlic in a small
amount of water with salt.
2. When this mixture is cooked, remove the seeds from the chiles
and liquefy in a blender to make a sauce. Heat the oil and add the
sauce to fry it lightly.
3. Add the chicken meat, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until the
sauce dries a bit.
4. Fill your tortillas and fry them.
