Spice It Up!

Ponche de Malta

Serves 2

2 egg yolks
½ cup sugar
1 bottle (12 oz.) Malta, well chilled

1. Beat egg yolks and sugar together until sugar is dissolved, it will get a light yellow color.
2. Add Malta drink a bit at a time and continue to beat.
3. Serve in a tall glass and add a few ice cubes if desired.
