| 1 large jicama, thinly sliced |
| 1 small red onion, thinly sliced |
| 2 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro |
| 2 Tbsp finely chopped mint |
| 3 Tbsp lime juice |
| 1 tsp salt |
| Arrange jicama and red onion slices on serving plate, sprinkle with salt, lime juice, mint, and cilantro. |
