Jicama with Cilantro and Lime

 

Serves 4


Ingredients:
1 large jicama, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp finely chopped mint
3 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Arrange jicama and red onion slices on serving plate, sprinkle with salt, lime juice, mint, and cilantro.
