Ingredients:
3 tablespoons ground coriander
1 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Combine
coriander, salt, and pepper; then coat both sides of fish.
2. Place oil in pan; add fish. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side or
until fish flakes easily and is even color throughout.
