Ingredients: 3 carrots, thinly sliced 2 celery ribs, sliced 1 onion, chopped 4 garlic cloves, diced 20 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained 28 oz can low sodium vegetable broth 15 oz can crushed tomatoes 1½ teaspoon dried basil ½ teaspoon dried oregano ½ teaspoon cumin ½ teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Directions: Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on LOW for 9-10 hours.
