Hi Maydel,

I reside in Spain and have just posted a typical recipe from our region. I went to a cooking class here and this recipe atypical of all the restaurants I have gone to in the area. The base recipe can be played upon by adding your favorites and removing those you dislike. I have even seen vegetable paella being served in some of the eateries here on the Costa Blanca.
