Do you make homemade flour tortillas? Well, for the holidays, how about some Calexican style for your turkey table. While you are making your masa, add some finely chopped fresh herbs. A combination of oregano, chives, and rosemary works wonderfully with turkey. Leftovers? Is that possible.....but if you do have any left, make turkey and white cheese enchiladas with these...so good.

Store bought? Make an herb butter to spread on the tortillas, after you have heated them on your comal.

Nice tip about the herbs. I do occasionally make my own flour tortillas because the only ones available commercially here in Argentina aren't very good. I'll definitely try out your version.
Thank you Katie. Let me know when you do. I don't know why this isn't done, since we season masa for tamales, but never for tortillas. ??? I don't know....
