What is Argentina Wine Directory?

Argentina Wine Directory is an on line directory of wines and wineries in Argentina. We also have other businessand services related to the wine world including turismo.

AWD makes mini-websites within our sites for our customers. The client manages the mini-site  like  a miniature  and simplificated version of their website. This is another tool.

In addition to a\deversity  and recomendations, we prepare recipes with recomended wines,we got generated by them and help generate business events and contacts with distributors and importers.

AWD is a page for all the world for a simple and novice wine drinker to an expert to an expert or someone looking for business opportunity. It is supplemented by other services we offer.

What is your relationship with the Company?

Me,Gustavo Attaguile, I'm the manager partner, and Alejandro Toriano is the partner. Both devised and created AWD.

What features have to be participating wineries in Argentina Wine Directory-AWD?

The main condition that has to have,is that they want to promote their wines by using the web and social networks. Most important experts say, for some time, that most important comunication of the wineries and business opportunities will be from the internet.

We have no preference for a type of wine, artisanal wineries have from other historical  or large volume of sales and export. All are given the same treatment, participation and publicity.

Yes, we have some wineries that are not everywhere or all markets, and that makes it even more interesting our Company.

What kind of wines are those that promote and/or sell AWD?

We do not sell wine, but we look for  business opportunities, especially exports to our friends and customers. Therefore we can participate in some business., especially exports. And we specify initial operation of Mendoza winery who sent organic wines to New York, that was attended by AWD.

We promote mainly Malbec, but we also promote intersting wine wines of our  winery friends. It can be a Torrontés from northern Argentina, a Chubut Merlot, etc. The interested can if you want buy  directly from our website for more specific cases or inquires contact us.

The line of wines that offer our clients ranges from ultra premium and daily wine.

Public is led the wines you promote?

To everybody. People are changing the idea of drinking wine. People want drink a good wine, perhaps less consumption, but higher quality. He tops to read a label now, purchase varietal in Argentina, while in Europe purchased terroir.

So our audience ranges fromthe simple knowledge more about a wine that tasted,the source and cellar, to the expert who wants to contact the winery or importer. We're the nexus,when required, among some of the stakeholders and the holds or other clients.

Argentina Wine Directory only promotes wines or there are also other products that promotes from Argentine?

In addition to wine, as mentioned, also sell other products and services.For example: Olive oil, herbs and organic food, wine, bulk wine, beauty products based on grape or olive, restaurantes in wineries and off-site warehouse, hotels, lodges, inwineries and olive, English training for wineries and tourism, professional photography at wineries, tasting, etc. AWD pool ends up being a business for the same customer as well.

Now incorporate some new products like gourmets alfajores as some are made with wine.

There is some kind of foreign wine market, wineries such as Italian or Spanish, etc.?

Not at the moment, because it is Argentina Wine Directory and references only argetine wines. We do not rule in the future doing the opposite, but it would be from another company connected to AWD, not from it.

Yes, we have developed in Argentina Spanish winmakers to export, and soon has a big italian investiment group to build a winery to produce Premium wines to Europe. Today wine imports to Argentina it's not common. I think it's a bit of cultural issue we are experiencing at this time, and costs as well.
